Microsoft Teams

Maven provides a Microsoft Teams bot that brings the full Maven experience directly into Microsoft Teams.

Installation

To install the chat app on your agent:

Locate the chat app

Navigate to the Apps page in the Agent Designer
Click on Browse & Install on the Apps Directory tile
Search for “Microsoft Teams” and click on the Microsoft Teams app tile

Install the app

Click on the Install button
Provide your Microsoft Tenant ID Learn how to find your Tenant ID

Setup within Microsoft Teams

After you install the Microsoft Teams app in Agent Designer, click on the Instructions tab. Add the Maven app to your Microsoft Teams workspace.

Configuring in a Channel

In a channel, type “@Maven configure”. Enter your desired Agent ID and Organization ID that you would like to link your bot to.
Type @Maven followed by your question.
